The utility of ozone treatment is growing rapidly across modern industries, shifting standard purification toward safer, chemical-free alternatives. However, generating ozone gas is only half the battle. To leverage its true disinfecting power, the gas must be thoroughly dissolved into your water supply. 

The Aquadream Ozone Mixing System is an industrial-scale, high-efficiency ozone tower engineered specifically to bridge this gap. By combining precision injection with advanced pressurized containment, this system maximizes gas utilization and prevents waste. 

 

Key Applications 

This heavy-duty system is designed for massive industrial, agricultural, and commercial water treatment setups, including: 

  • Water Management: Pond treatment, Pond restoration, and water feature clarification to eliminate algae and improve water clarity. 

  • Commercial Systems: Large-scale commercial laundry systems, surface disinfection, and clean-in-place (CIP) setups. 

  • Aquaculture & Agriculture: High-volume fish hatcheries, large fish tanks, and commercial agricultural irrigation systems. 

How It Works: 90%+ Mass Transfer Efficiency 

1. Pressurized Flash Reaction 

Standard atmospheric bubbling allows valuable ozone gas to escape into the air. The Aquadream system bypasses this by pairing a high-draw ozone injector with an integrated flash reactor. By mixing the gas and water under elevated pressure, the tower forces a mass transfer efficiency of 90% or higher, ensuring almost all generated ozone is dissolved into the water stream. 

2. Vortex Gas/Liquid Separation 

After the flash reactor, the treated water enters a specialized gas/liquid separator. The system spins the water to create an internal vortex, forcing undissolved excess gas to rise naturally to the top of the chamber. From there, it safely exits through an integrated degas relief valve, leaving you with highly ozonated, bubble-free water. 

3. Eco-Friendly Off-Gas Management 

To maintain facility safety, the separated excess gas is safely managed at the top relief valve. It can be vented directly out of your facility or routed through a P-trap into a catalytic ozone destruct unit. This decomposer safely converts unused ozone off-gas back into pure oxygen (O2) before releasing it into the atmosphere.
